Artem Chernevskiy, Founder & Principal
Artem founded AICA to bring enterprise-grade Microsoft AI delivery to growing organisations and AI startups. He holds the Microsoft MVP award in Microsoft Foundry and M365 Copilot Extensibility, where he is one of 24 MVPs worldwide.
He has 25 years in the Microsoft ecosystem, including 6 years at Microsoft, where he led the Partner Technology Specialist group of 25 direct reports and 25 dotted-line engineers, providing technical leadership for the SMB and Corporate segment as it grew from USD 100M to USD 1B in annual revenue. He has since worked with 300+ Microsoft-affiliated startups and several Microsoft Affiliated Investor Network funds as a Microsoft for Startups Expert.
Artem is an MGCI Regional Leader (2026), a Cloud Adoption Framework collaborator, an Azure AI Engineer Associate, a Prosci Change Practitioner and a PMI Citizen Developer Business Architect. He was named among the top 500 active public speakers on Sessionize EU in 2025 and has taught Project Management and Management by Objectives in an MBA programme. He is a physicist by education.
