Who we are

AI Cloud Agency Ltd ("AICA", "we") is the controller of personal data processed through this website. The company is registered in Bulgaria, UIC 208145932, VAT BG208145932. What data we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• your name, email address and the content of your message when you write to us;
• the details you enter when you book a call through Calendly: name, email, the time you choose and any notes.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and time of request, to deliver the site securely.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare for a call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• To keep the website secure and available. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who receives it

• Microsoft, as our processor for email (Microsoft 365) and website hosting (Microsoft Azure).
• Calendly LLC, when you book a call.

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and booking details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any cooperation that follows, and no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Hosting logs are kept for the hosting provider's standard retention period.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or transfer it to you, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to hello@aicloudagency.com; we reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: www.cpdp.bg.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
