Engagement
- 1Discovery call
30 minutes, free. We understand your goals, users and current Microsoft environment.
- 2Assessment or pilot
A short, fixed-scope phase with clear evaluation criteria. Where eligible, we request Azure Sponsorship credits from Microsoft so the pilot runs in your own tenant at minimal cost.
- 3Implementation
We deploy our standard architecture in your tenant and extend it for your processes. You see every task, document and release in a shared Azure DevOps project.
- 4Run and support
Ongoing support with direct access to the team that built your solution. Azure SRE Agent watches your solution around the clock, diagnoses issues and resolves routine ones within limits you approve; every finding becomes a tracked work item.

- Code, infrastructure-as-code (Bicep), pipelines, tasks and documentation live in your Azure tenant and your Azure DevOps organisation from the first day.
- Your data stays in your environment.
- Every solution is rebuilt from its repository with a documented, step-by-step checklist. For one client, a full rebuild in a new tenant takes 2–3 hours.
- If you bring delivery in-house or work with another partner, the handover is the repository itself: nothing needs to be extracted from us.
- Our Marketplace solutions remain AICA products, licensed to you through Microsoft.
